Terms of Service
Effective: 15 August 2026
These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern the use of the FleetFault service. By registering for or using the service, you accept these Terms.
1. Provider
András Kojsza (individual operator)
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Email: info@fleetfault.com
Website: fleetfault.com
2. The service
FleetFault is a web-based (SaaS) service for digital reporting and management of vehicle fleet faults. Drivers report faults by scanning a QR code placed on the vehicle — without installing an app — and the fleet manager sees them in a dashboard. Features may evolve over time.
3. Registration and account
Using the service requires registration. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
4. Pricing
The service is currently provided free of charge. If paid plans are introduced in the future, you will be informed of the prices and terms in advance, and any paid service will only apply after your explicit acceptance.
5. Your obligations
- use the service lawfully and respect the rights of third parties;
- do not attempt to disrupt, gain unauthorised access to, or abusively overload the system;
- ensure you have a lawful basis to process any personal data you upload (e.g. driver details), acting as controller for such data.
6. Intellectual property
The FleetFault service, its source code, design and content are the intellectual property of the provider or the respective rights holders. You may use the service as intended; any further use requires the rights holder's permission.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". The provider aims for continuous, error-free operation but does not guarantee it and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect damages arising from downtime, errors or data loss. The service does not replace legally required vehicle inspections or expert examinations.
8. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Termination
You may terminate at any time by deleting your account. The provider may suspend or terminate the service or an account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, and reserves the right to discontinue the service as a whole with reasonable notice.
10. Complaints, disputes and governing law
You can raise complaints at info@fleetfault.com. These Terms and the use of the service are governed by Hungarian law. The parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, the Hungarian courts have jurisdiction.
11. Changes
The provider may amend these Terms; the current version is available on this page and takes effect upon publication. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
